| 摘 要： | 为满足水文部门对河流流速流量测量多种的要求,在旋浆式流速仪基础上,设计了以P98V51为核心的高性能低功耗智能流速流量仪系统,介绍了该仪表的原理和软硬件设计方法并设计了上位机系统.应用表明,该流速流量仪实现了提高测量精度,降低仪表功耗,提高测量数据时效性,无纸记录,差水质条件下测量的要求.符合国家河流流量测验规范要求.
