超表达硒代半胱氨酸甲基转移酶基因对烟草硒酸盐胁迫的生理效应

摘    要:研究了硒酸钠(Na2SeO4)对转硒代半胱氨酸甲基转移酶(SMT)基因烟草和普通烟草生长以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响.结果表明,不同浓度硒处理转基因烟草的鲜重和株高均高于普通烟草,一定浓度范围内转基因烟草的GSH-Px活力受硒影响的程度低于普通烟草.方差分析表明,在20mg·L-1硒处理下,转基因烟草和普通烟草的鲜重、株高差异显著,转基因烟草的鲜重和株高分别是普通烟草的1.96倍和1.80倍:在10 mg·L-1、20 mg·L-1硒处理下,普通烟草的GSH-Px活力均极显著地高于转基因烟草,前者GSH-Px活力分别是后者的1.65倍和2.48倍.显示SMT基因的转入改善了烟草对硒的耐受性.

Abstract:Effect of Na2SeO4 on fresh weight,plant height and GSH-Px activity of transgenic tobacco with SMT and common tobacco was studied.The results indicated that the fresh weight and plant height of transgenic tobacco were higher than that of common tobacco in different concentration of selenate treatment,within a certain concentration of selenate,the activity of GSH-Px in transgenic tobacco were lower than that in common tobacco.Variance analysis showed that the fresh weight and plant height of transgenic tobacc...
