| 摘 要： | 以武汉市为例分析了BT、TOT、ABS、PPP等融资模式在土地收购储备过程中的应用,并对其可行性和存在的障碍进行了简单的探讨.结果表明:项目融资模式基本可以解决土地储备制度中出现的问题.

| Abstract: | In China the financing channel of land reserve was too single,and the cost as well as the risk of financing was too high.Therefore,how to raise money through more channels and solve the "funds bottleneck" problem in land reserve were crucial.Taking Wuhan as an example,the models of project financing were analyzed,and the feasibility and obstacle in land reserve process were discussed. |
