| 摘 要： | 以国家权力为核心的政治因素和以非国家行为体为主的政治力量都会影响知识产权国际造法活动。WTO成员方认可《TRIPs协议修正案》的实践就是一个典型例证。在未来知识产权国际造法活动中,政治因素的作用突出表现在更加注重协调,更加注重以国家为基础的立法和国内政策受到国际社会多种政治背景下的国际知识产权造法活动的渗透与控制。

| Abstract: | International intellectual property lawmaking sports are influenced by the fundamental agencies or organs of the state power and the main non-state conductors.True knowledge comes from WTO members accepting TRIPs Amendments practice.In the future lawmaking,various political bodies will still take important role in characterizing when they pay attention on harmonization and gradually infiltrate the domestic lawmaking and policy. |
