| 摘 要： | 与传统尿囊腔接种方法相比，用绒毛尿囊膜渗透接种的方法感染鸡胚，收获胚液制备疫苗，解决了接种后部分鸡胚在规定时间内不死的问题，可明显提高鸡胚利用率和降低生产成本。
