摘    要:
多数广亲和品种具酯酶同工酶特征酶带,并在其杂种雌雄配子体中得以表达。比较于普通籼粳杂种,广亲和种质的杂种雌配子体发育正常,花粉发育中内容物积累迅速,暗示其花粉同步发育的特征。广亲和种质的杂种花粉发育趋于正常可能与其花药中高水平的IAA/ABA有关

Abstract:
Most wide compatibility variety (WCV) had characteristic isoesterase band which appeared in male and female gametophyte of indica japonica hybrid with wide compatibility gene (WCH). Compared with common indica japonica hybrid without wide compatibility gene (IJH), WCH had normal female gametophyte. Soluble sugar, starch and soluble protein increased rapidly as pollen growing in anthers of WCH, which suggested that pollens developed synchronously. The high ratio of IAA to ABA may be reason that pollens tended to develop normally in WCH.
