茶多酚的保健作用研究进展

摘    要:茶多酚为茶叶的主要功效成分,对人体具有独特的保健和治疗作用。介绍茶多酚的组成及理化性质、毒理性质,对茶多酚在抗衰老和清除自由基,抗癌及抗辐射,除臭及清除牙垢,降血脂、抗过敏及杀菌等几个方面的研究进展进行了综述。并对茶多酚的发展前景作了展望。

Abstract:The tea polyphenols(TP),an important functional composition of tea,possesses particular healthy and therapeutic functions for people. The composition,chemical and physical properties and toxicity of TP were introduced. Meanwhile,the research advances of the following aspects such as anti-senility,the radical scavenging,anticancer,anti-radiation, deodorization,scavenging tartar,lowering lipidemia,anti-allergen and sterilization were reviewed. Besides,the development expectation of TP was also prospected.
