松针粉麦饭石复合添加剂对肉鸡免疫器官发育的影响

摘    要:试验取144只1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组添加1%松针粉和1%麦饭石,饲养期42d。第7、14、21、28、35、42日龄每组取鸡6只,解剖取胸腺、腔上囊和脾,称重并制作切片。结果表明:试验组鸡胸腺、腔上囊、脾的重量和器官指数均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);试验组的胸腺小叶皮质增厚,胸腺小体增多;腔上囊皱襞发达,腔上囊小结体积大,皮质较厚,退化延缓;脾的动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚,脾小结体积大,生发中心明显,椭球增大。结论:添加松针粉麦饭石复合添加剂可促进胸腺、腔上囊的早期发育;延缓腔上囊退化;增强脾的免疫应答反应。

Abstract:A total of 144 one day-old AA Broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group included 72 chickens. The control group was fed on the basal diet for 42 days, and that of experiment group supplemented 1 % pine-needle powder and1% Mai-Fan rock. Six chickens in each group were selected and slaughtered at 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 days respectively, the thymuses,bursa of Fabricius and spleens were obtained, weighted, fixed in Bouin liquid and made into paraffin section. The results were as follows: Compared with control group, the weight and the relative weight of thymuses, bursas of Fabricius and spleens of experiment group increased significantly(P<0.05) or extremely significantly(P<0.01). In experiment group, the cortex of thymic lobule, bursa nodule and Periarterial Lymphatic Sheaths thicken obviously; the volume of bursa nodule, splenic nodule and ellipsoid augmented, and the germinal center of splenic nodule were obvious; the thymic corpuscle increased; the plica of bursas of Fabricius developed well and the degenerating of it retarded. The result shows that the pine-needle powder and Mai-Fan rock compound additives could boost the early development of thymus and bursas of Fabricius, retard the degenerating of bursas of Fabricius and promote the immune response of spleen.
