摘    要:基于PCR的分子标记技术很多,但均因自身缺点限制了发展和应用。一种新兴的分子标记技术-相关序列扩增多态性SRAP(Sequence-RelatedAmplifiedPolymorphism)以其特有的优点得到日益广泛的应用,显示了良好的发展前景。此技术在国外较多应用,但国内利用较少。以西瓜为材料对技术体系各影响因素进行调整,优化反应体系,比较DNA提取方法,调整银染技术,得到很好的扩增效果,同时对SRAP的原理、特点和应用前景进行了介绍。研究表明,SRAP将成为研究领域一个有力的工具。

Abstract:There were many PCR-based molecular marker techniques, but their own disadvantages limited the development and application. A new molecular marker system-SRAP (Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism) showed the good development future by its unique virtue. It was used mainly in foreign countries and seldom in domestic country. The factors of reaction system were modified in order to simplify processes and better system with watermelon. The principle, characters and application of SRAP also were introduced. The result showed good effect. SRAP will be a valuable tool in research area.
