Establishing Scientific Development Approach and Insuring Food Scurity

Food security in a key issue for human''s survival and social safety, especially in Wenzhou city due to its huge population, limited farmland and lack of food. Scientific development approach should be set up, the relationship between food supply and need should be planned, so that the control capability of food security at large scale will be increased; supporting policy on food production should be implemented to protect the benefits of food farmers; food market policy and food storage policy should be balanced to promote system supporting capability; national market and international market should be integrated to play market rule. If we do all above, food security in Wenzhou city must be insured.
