HNO2处理对辣椒发芽及苗期主要性状影响的主成分分析

摘    要:用不同水平HNO2处理辣椒种子后,测定对辣椒萌发和苗期生长有关的生理指标,运用主成分分析方法对各指标之间的关系进行了分析评价。这些指标可归纳为3个主要因子:即种子活力与发芽能力因子、维持细胞膜结构功能的稳定性因子和生命活力,即物质生产能力因子。这3种主要因子的累积贡献率已达86.5785%,能基本反映HNO2诱变对辣椒萌发和苗期生长影响的主要信息。

Principal Component Analysis the Effect of Treatments with HNO2 on the Main Character of Pepper Germinating and Seedling Growing

Abstract:Dry seeds of pepper were treated with HNO2 (0.05mol/L) in different treatment time, the physiological data relevant pepper germinating and seedling growing were determined. These data were analyzed and valued by the principal component analysis method. Result showed that the data were gathered up 3 principal components, that is the factor of seeds vigor and germinating ability; the factor of maintaining stability of cell membrane structure function; the factor of life vigor namely matter produce ability. The additive contributing rate of the first three principal components amounts to 86.5785%, can basically reflect mostly information of the effect of HNO2 treatments on pepper germinating and seedling growing.
