摘    要:阐述了湖北蔬菜实行无公害标准化生产的必要性,通过深入到湖北省蔬菜生产和销售的第一线就其无公害标准化生产等方面的问题进行了调查研究,综合分析湖北蔬菜实行无公害标准化生产的制约因素。结果认为,主要存在着无公害标准化生产和消费的社会意识和氛围不浓、蔬菜“优质优价”的市场机制还未建立、蔬菜质量的监督检测机制尚未形成、蔬菜无公害标准化生产的推广服务体系尚未建立、湖北蔬菜生产规模小等五个方面的制约因素。并就如何实行无公害标准化生产问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:This paper elaborates the necessity of developing the Standardized production of environment-friendly vegetables in Hubei province. By making a deep investigation and research to the environment-friendly vegetable standardization production in Hubei province by personally going down to the vegetable production fields and front sales marketing, the thesis analyzed completely five restrictive factors for implementing environment-friendly vegetable standardization production in Hubei province. The conclusions are drawn as follows:there are lacking the social consciousness and atmosphere of non-polluted vegetable standardization production and consumption;not building the vegetable market mechanisms for "high price for good quality";not forming the systems of supervision and measure mechanisms for non-polluted vegetables;not positioning the extend application services for non-polluted vegetables standardization production; not building large scales of vegetable standardization production; and so on. Based on these restrictive factors, some strategies on how to carry out the environment-friendly standardized production are offered.
