外部性与农药污染的经济学分析

随着农药使用量的不断增加,农药与环境之间的矛盾日益突出。应用环境经济学的外部性理论对农药污染进行分析,探讨中国减少农药污染的方法。根据中国农药行业普遍存在着企业数量多规模小,农药使用者的数量庞大但科学使用农药的意识比较差等特点,应由政府采用命令和控制等非市场途径进行直接干预。

Externalities Theory and the Economics Analysis of Pesticide Pollution

With the rapidly increase of pesticide requirement, the conflict between pesticide and environment is sharpened. The "externalities" theory in environment economics is applied to analyze the pesticide pollution and try to find a way to decrease it. In our country, the number of pesticide corporations is huge, but the scale of most of them is small. At the same time, the user is numerous too, but few can use the pesticide scientifically. So the government should intervene in the production and the use of the pesticide by the non-marketing way such as control and law.
