| 摘 要： | 以6个木薯品种:ZM8316、南洋红(SC201)、辐选01、华南124(SC124)、新选048、新选056为材料,研究不同木薯品种种茎的发芽及其生理生化特性。结果表明,新选048、ZM8316种茎发芽最快,发芽整齐,发芽率高,种茎可溶性糖含量最高,发根力强,根数多,根系活力强,幼苗茎叶生长快,叶片叶绿素含量高;其次是辐选01、华南124和新选056。南洋红虽然出芽较快,但出芽不整齐,发芽率低、发根力弱,根数少,幼苗茎叶生长慢,叶片叶绿素含量低。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of seed-stem germination of different cassava varieties (ZM8316, SC201, FuXuan01, SC124, XinXuan048 and XinXuan056)were sdudied in this experiment. The result showed that not only the seed-stem germination of XinXuan048 and ZM8316 was earliest but also the germination rate highest,the rooting power strongest ,the growth of seedlings rapidest and the chlorophyll content of seedlings leaf highest .The second was FuXuan01 , XinXuan056 and SC124.and the third was SC201. |
