| 摘 要： | 异种克隆技术是在体细胞克隆技术成功后发展的一项新技术。哺乳动物异种克隆技术为探求核质关系,细胞分化等基础研究提供了一个新的模型,并且对物种改良、濒危动物保护提供了新的方法。在此,就哺乳动物异种克隆技术的发展和原理,异种妊娠、异种克隆存在的问题和可能过的解决方法以及对异种克隆技术的展望做一综述。

It also offers to a new method for species improvement and the protection of animal in severe danger.
