| 摘 要： | 农村民间利率水平表现出高于正规金融利率的现象普遍存在于农村民间金融活动之中。从利率管制、风险、垄断和市场分割等方面分析解释农村民间金融利率水平较高的原因,认为其较高利率水平的存在具有一定的合理性。

| Abstract: | The interest rate of the nongovernmental rural finance is fairly high compared the governmental finance. From the controlled interest, the risk, the monopoly, the separately mark, and other views, we can analyze and explain the cause of high interest rate, and proved its reasonableness. |
