摘    要:经NAA和不同浓度水平的IBA处理后,能有效促进魔芋组培苗的生根。用浓度为10mg/L的IBA处理花魔芋无根组培苗30min的效果最好,平均生根率达90.83%,平均根数也最多(达3.92条)。用花魔芋和白魔芋无根组培苗在100mg/L的NAA中速蘸后也能较好地促进生根,白魔芋的平均生根率及平均根数分别为77.54%和2.43条/株,花魔芋的分别为84.14%和1.65条/株。

Abstract:After the treatments of NAA and different levels of IBA, roots can be induced. The treatment of I-BA(10mg/L) in A.Konjac is the best, and have the highest percentage of rooting (90.83%), root number near to 4. The treatment of NAA(100mg/L) can also get better results in A.Konjac and A.Albus. The mean rooting percentage and root number of A.Albus are 77.54% and 2.43, respectively. A.Konjac are 84.14% and 1.65.
