摘    要:以杜兰(Dendrobiumnobile)茎尖为植物材料,研究了萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和细胞分裂素(BA)等植物生长调节剂的不同浓度配比对杜兰繁殖系数和生根诱导的影响。结果表明:杜兰继代培养适宜的BA和NAA浓度均为0.5mg/L;其生根诱导以生长素IAA最好,最佳浓度为1.0~2.0mg/L。

Abstract:Using the shoot tip tissue of Dendrobium nobile as material, the effect of various hormone concentration including NAA, IBA and BA on multiplication index and root inducing was studied. The results showed that the optimum subculture concentration of BA and NAA was 0.5mg/L;IAA was the best hormone to induce root and it''s optimum concentration was 1.0~2.0mg/L
