On the basis of typical investigation of Qian County of Shaanxi Province, the method that the article utilizes the real example to analyze, have analyzed the industrialization operation situadon of cow of Qian County, draw the system defect that our country exists in the course of developing agricultural industrialization and develop the bottleneck mainly, propose setting up concrete measures, such as cooperative association, accelerating the construction of rural infrastructure, etc., thus protect the healthy development of agricultural industrialization of our country.
