| 摘 要： | 通过对少儿图书馆全体馆员和少儿读者有效实施人本管理，从而使全体馆员能够以主人翁的姿态，爱岗敬业，无私奉献，在创造社会价值的同时实现自我人生价值，充分发挥潜能，热情为少儿读者服务，让少儿读者在图书馆感觉象家一样温暖，真正享受阅读的乐趣，在获得知识的同时也能受到教育，从而成为社会有用之人。
