摘    要:以甘蔗近缘属植物斑茅的幼嫩叶片为材料,研究MS、SH、B5三种基本培养基和不同激素(2,4-D、NAA、6-BA)配比对斑茅愈伤组织诱导及继代培养的影响,并筛选出斑茅细胞高频再生体系的最优培养基配方。研究结果表明,斑茅幼嫩叶片愈伤组织诱导培养基以MS+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.4 mg/L为最适,愈伤组织继代培养基以MS+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L为最适。在此条件下诱导的愈伤组织质地疏松,具有较强的分化能力。目的是建立斑茅组织培养的高频再生体系,为斑茅材料的细胞悬浮培养、染色体加倍和细胞融合等研究提供一定参考。

Abstract:The young leaves of Erianthus arundinaceus were used to study the effects of basic media and the phytohormone combination(2,4-D、NAA、6-BA) on callus induction as well as subculture of the callus,and to screen out the best cultural formula for high frequency regeneration system of Erianthus arundinaceus.The results showed that most suitable medium for callus induction was MS with 3.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.4 mg/L 6-BA.MS with 3.0 mg/L 2,4-D was as the best subculture medium formula,the callus was loose and had stronger differentiation ability under those conditions.The purpose of the experiment was to establish a high frequency regeneration system of Erianthus arundinaceus,and provided a reference for the Erianthus arundinaceus’s research,as the cell suspension culture,chromosome doubling and cellular fusion.
