番茄高效离体再生体系的建立

摘    要:以中蔬四号番茄子叶和下胚轴为外植体进行离体培养,研究了不同激素及不同浓度的组合对愈伤诱导、不定芽分化及生根的影响。结果表明,MS+2,4-D0.2 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L诱导所得愈伤最好,MS+IAA0.2 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L诱导分化不定芽效果最佳,1/2 MS+蔗糖20 g/L是诱导不定芽生根的理想培养基。建立起高效番茄离体再生体系。

Abstract:The effects of different media with various hormone concentrations on tomato callus induction,adventition bud differentiation and rooting were detected in hypocotyl and cotyledon.The results showed that MS 2,4-D 0.2 mg/L 6-BA 1.0 mg/L sugar 30g/L,MS IAA 0.2 mg/L 6-BA 1.0mg/L sugar 30 g/L and 1/2MS sugar 20 g/L were the best mediums for callus induction,adventition bud differentiation and root induction,respectively.
