摘    要:供试材料为以色列引进的草莓品种S3,在日光温室条件下研究了接种地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)和摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对草莓果实产量及品质的影响。结果表明,这2种AM真菌均能促进根系生长,提高草莓单果重和单株产量,其中,摩西球囊霉的促增效果比地表球囊霉促增效果显著。2个菌种混合使用比1个菌种促增效果更显著,其中,摩西球囊霉和地表球囊霉菌土各16 g的混合处理对草莓果实产量的促进作用最强,草莓果实可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量分别提高了22.26%、36.09%和15.07%,果实硬度提高,而可滴定酸含量下降了28.99%,改善了草莓风味。

Abstract:The strawberry variety "S3" from Israel was studied in a solar greenhouse to understand how Glomus versiforme and Glomus mosseae affect its yield and quality.The results showed that both fungi could improve the strawberry quality,fruit weight and yield of a single plant.Glomus mosseae was more effective than Glomus versiforme.Moreover,the treatment with both fungi was far more effective than just applying one of them.The treatment containing 16 g Glomus mosseae soil and 16 g Glomus versiforme soil had the best effect on promoting yields.It increased the content of soluble solids,vitamin C,and soluble sugar by 22.26%,36.09% and 15.07%,respectively.The firmness of the fruit increased,while the content of titrable acids decreased by 28.99%,thus improving the strawberry flavor.
