摘    要:以云南松树皮为原料,用微波辅助提取法提取云南松树皮中的缩合单宁,对提取条件进行研究,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最适宜的反应条件,结果为:提取温度85℃,提取时间60min,微波功率500W,料液比1:55。试验研究表明:该工艺路线简便、可行。

Microwave-assisted method used to extract condensed tannin of Yunnan pine bark

Abstract:This study used Yunnan pine bark as raw material, selected Microwave-assisted method to extract condensed tannin of Yunnan pine bark, and studied the conditions of extraction. By single factor and orthogonal tests,the results showed that the most appropriate reaction conditions were as followings:extraction time was 85℃, extraction time was 60 min, microwave power was 500 W,the ratio of mass to liquid was 1:55. the study shown that the process route is simple and feasible.
