| Abstract: | A Siamese kitten presented with mild gait dysfunction associated with periodic circling. Pathologic investigation revealed unilateral (right-sided) absence of the corticospinal (pyramidal) tract throughout its normal course. Although an infectious cause cannot be completely ruled out a genetic etiology was suspected. |
