| 摘 要： | 为了提高蜜环菌菌索多糖收率，本文按正交表L9（3^3）设计试验，获得蜜环菌菌索多糖最佳提取条件为加水倍数25倍，提取时间3h，醇浓度99.5%；同时以多刺裸腹蚤为实验对象，发现该多糖具有促进该蚤生长繁殖和延长寿命的功效。
