江西新农村建设中加强防灾抗灾的思考

四川汶川大地震造成巨大人员伤亡和财产损失,绝大部分受灾地区农村民房倒塌严重,基础设施破坏殆尽,农村生产生活环境遭受了严重破坏。前车之鉴江西作为自然灾害种类多、频率高、分布广、季节性明显的省份,也必须加强灾害防治,提高抗御自然灾害风险能力,才能更加有效地建设社会主义新农村。

Thought on Disaster Prevention and Cure in Construction of New Country side in Jiangxi province after Sichuan Earthquake

huge possession and population loss occurred in Sichuan earthquake,and most village house of disaster area had been destroyed,as well as the basis facilities and the environment.Jiangxi province is also an area,where there are so many kinds of natural disaster frequently,widely distributed and seasonal changes.Most disaster prevention and cure must be done,and the capability of standing against natural disaster have to be improved,then the work of constructing socialistic new country will be done better.
