超声辅助提取绞股蓝多糖工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化超声提取绞股蓝多糖的工艺。方法]以绞股蓝多糖含量为考察指标,利用响应面法确定绞股蓝多糖的最佳超声提取条件。结果]结果表明,超声提取的最佳工艺为:提取温度83℃,液料比26ml/g,时间31min,多糖提取率为3.356%。结论]该研究首次得到了以超声法从绞股蓝中提取多糖的工艺路线,与传统工艺比较超声法省时、节能、提取率高。

Study on Optimization for Ultrasonic Wave Extraction of Polysaccharide from Gynostemma pentaphyllum

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of this research was to obtain the optimum operation conditions for extraction of polysaccharide from Gynostemma pentaphyllum with ultrasonic wave.Method] The single-factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition.Result] The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:83 ℃,26 ml/g(water/dry weight),31 min.The extract rate of polysaccharide was 3.356% based on the above mentioned conditions.Conclusion] This mehod is time-saving and engery-saving,and with efficiency compared with traditional methods.
