| 摘 要： | 邪教既是一个古老的问题，也是一个全球共同面临的普遍问题。究竟如何界定邪教，世界各国和理论界存在争论。准确界定邪教的概念，有利于预防和治理邪教工作的开展。邪教在不同地区呈现出不同特点，认真分析我国边疆民族地区邪教的基本特点，有助于预防和治理邪教蔓延，有利于确保边疆民族地区安全与稳定。

| Abstract: | The cult problem is an old issue, but also is a common and global problem, but how to define a cult, all countries in the world and the theoretical circles are different, accurately defining the concept of the cult, be propitious to prevent and control the work of the cult, and cult in different re- gions show different characteristics, a careful analysis of China＇s border ethnic regions of the basic characteristics of a cult, help prevent and control the spread of the cult, to ensure that border ethnic regional security and stability. |
