Abstract:2 hm2 evergreen broad-leaf forest were set in Tianjingshan State Forest Farm of north Guangdong,in August 2009,to study distribution of soil organic carbon(SOC) and its variation with soil depth.The result indicated that:(1)The density and SOC of 0~25 cm depth were(0.76±0.02) g/cm3 and(32.29±1.66) g/kg,respectively,and those of 25~50 cm depth were(0.96±0.02) g/cm3 and(19.37±1.16) g/kg.The density and SOC of 0~25 cm and 25~50 cm depth followed a normal distribution and middle heterogeneity degree,with an coefficient of variation;(2) Soil organic carbon density(SOCD) of 0~25 cm(5.98±0.28 kg/m2) depth was higher than that of 25~50 cm depth(4.57±0.29 kg/m2),likewise SOCD were close to a normal distribution and middle heterogeneity degree;(3) Correlations analysis showed that SOCD of 0~25 cm depth were highly positively correlated with TN,TP,AN,AK,and the r with TN,AN were maximum;while SOCD of 25~50 cm depth were highly positively correlated with TN,TP,AN,and positively correlated with AP.Specifically,the r of SOCD with TN,AN were up to 0.81 and 0.80.
