| 摘 要： | 近年来，农作物秸秆综合利用对推动实施可持续发展的意义日益突出。经过对秸秆综合利用状况进行调查和研究，分析了秸秆综合利用技术现状和焚烧秸秆的原因，并提出农作物秸秆综合利用建议。主要包括完善法律法规、政府加大支持力度；加强科研攻关，解决技术难题，建立综合利用产业链等。
