| 摘 要： | 微生物产酶是一个具有不确定性的复杂过程．将数学上的关联分析思想应用于白腐菌的产酶过程，计算影响该菌产酶的四种因素的关联度．结果表明，其中含水率与白腐菌分泌木素过氧化物酶、锰过氧化物酶的关联度最大，分别达0．8310和0．7479，说明含水率是影响该菌产酶的最主要因素．此外，提出可建立GM（1，1）模型用于日产酶量的预测，为今后探索微生物产酶条件提供了方法参考．
