| 摘 要： | 考虑开放经济中的内生增长模型,代理人或者从事最终产品的生产,或者在教育部门积累人力资本,政府通过征收税收补贴各阶段人力资本的发展,采用动态最优化方法和均衡分析证明人力资本发展与经济增长之间存在多重均衡关系;进一步建立计量模型,选取中国1978-2002年的经济数据进行经验研究,实证结果也证实了这种多重均衡的存在.
