| 摘 要： | 依法治国的核心是依究治国.宪法权威的确立有赖于宪法规范的稳定性和适应性的动态和谐.适时修改宪法是经济发展和社会进步的必然要求.我国现行宪法对财产权的保护存在着致命的缺陷.修宪建议从不同方面加强了对公民私人财产权的宪法保护,这将在更多地创造就业机会、更快地积累财富和保护人权、促进人权发展等方面起到极大的推动作用.
