5个枣品种叶片过氧化物酶与酯酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对江苏省目前主栽的5个枣品种叶片的过氧化物酶与酯酶同工酶的酶谱进行分析,并通过聚类分析法对其亲缘关系进行研究.结果表明:(1)9月测定枣树叶片的过氧化物酶与酯酶,其谱型稳定,重复性好;(2)5个供试枣品种的过氧化物酶共显现3种谱型,5条酶带,酯酶共显现4种谱型,14条酶带;(3)聚类分析结果表明,冬枣是较其他4个枣品种亲缘关系最远的品种,泗洪沙枣与蜂蜜罐的亲缘关系最近,蚂蚁枣与泗洪大枣介于冬枣与蜂蜜罐之间, 泗洪大枣与泗洪沙枣的亲缘关系较远,是2个不同的枣品种.

Abstract:Peroxidase isoenzymes and esterase isoenzymes of five major jujuba varieties which were cultured in Jiangsu Province were by the means of perpendicular plate type of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),and their relationship by cluster analysis methods.The results showed that: 1.Peroxidase isoenzymic patterns and esterase isoenzymic patterns of leaves in Zizyphus jujuba Mill.are clear and stable if the leaves for the measurement are taken in September;2.Among the five tested jujuba samples,five peroxidase bands appear on the gel,forming three zymogram types and fourteen esterase bands shown form four zymogram types;3.The consanguinity analysis of genetic distance shows that Dongzao is remote to the other four jujuba cultivars,Sihongshazao is closely related with Fengmiguan while Mayizao and Sihongdazao are genetically between Dongzao and Fengmiguan.Sihongdazao is genetically remote to Sihongshazao,being two different jujuba cultivars.
