摘    要:[目的]了解宁夏银川贺兰山部分区域岩羊布鲁氏菌病的分布情况.[方法]以提取53份岩羊样品DNA为模板,使用P1和P2引物进行PCR扩增,对贺兰山野生岩羊布鲁氏菌病的分布状况进行检测.[结果]53份野生岩羊样品中布鲁氏菌病的阳性检出率为0.[结论]该研究表明宁夏贺兰山野生岩羊中不存在布鲁氏菌病,但还需要进一步研究.

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to understand the distribution situations of brucellosis in blue sheep in some regions of HelanMountains in Yinchuan of Ningxia. [ Method ] 53 DNA samples extracted from blue sheep were taken as template to make PCR amplificationwith P1 and P2 primers. The distribution situations of brucellosis in blue sheep in Helan Mountains were detected. [ Result] The positive rateof brucellosis in 53 samples of blue sheep was zero. [ Conclusion] The research results showed that no brucellosis was detected in these bluesheep, but it needed to be further studied.
