| 摘 要： | 对乾县和白水县苹果示范园地下水、土壤各项要素及红富士苹果果实矿质品质指标进行了测定和相关分析。结果表明,地下水和土壤与苹果品质有密切关系:地下水中Mg与VC、pH与总酸、Cu与糖酸比,土壤中速效钾与VC、pH与总糖、pH与VC均呈强相关,且乾县和白水具有相同的正负相关性。根据相关分析结果,选定区划评价因子,进行了红富士苹果基于水土环境的优势区划,结论为:乾县和白水县苹果优生区位于西部和北部,中部和东部属于中优区,南部属于弱优区。
