锗对肉仔鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响

摘    要:将 2 40只 1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡雏随机分为 4组 ,每组 6 0只。各试验组日粮在基础日粮中分别添加0 ,30 ,80和 12 0 mg/ kg的 Ge- 132 ,以测定锗对肉仔鸡主要免疫器官生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,在 14,2 8和 42日龄时 ,添加 Ge- 132对肉仔鸡胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏的质量及指数均无显著影响 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,各添加组也均未观察到异常变化。同时也发现添加 Ge- 132对肉仔鸡的体重生长速度无明显影响 (P>0 .0 5 )

Abstract:The objective of this experiment is to study the effect of germanium on the growth of main immune organs in broiler.240 Avian broiler chicks were involved in the experiment which were divided into four groups,each of 60.The diets were based on the maize fish meal bean cake feedstuff and supplemented with 0,30,80 and 120 mg/kg Ge 132 (Carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide) respectively.The broilers were raised for six weeks.In 14,28 and 42 d,6 broilers from each group are weighted and slaughtered respectively.Then,main immune organs including thymus,spleen and bursa Fabricuus were weighed and their indexes denoting the ratio of the weight of organ to that of body weight were calculated.The results of the experiment showed that there was no significant influence on the main immune organs growth and body weight with supplemented Ge 132 in diet at 14,28 and 42 days of age respectively,and there was no abnormal phenomena discovered.
