摘    要:研究结果表明,NaCl克服油菜等芸苔属作物自交不亲和性的机理主要在于使柱头蛋白质变性;在识别反应中,柱头可能是主动的起关键作用的一方,花粉可能是被动的起次要作用的一方;用NaCl只处理花粉不能有效克服自交不亲和性;NaCl克服自交不亲和性的效应似乎是可逆的。

Abstract:The mechanism of overcoming self-incompatibility of rape and other crops in Brassica by NaCl (10%) was mainly to have the soluble protein of stigma denatured. The stigma played a key role in recognizable reaction. The self-incompatibility could not be overcome if the pollen was treated only. The effect of NaCl was reversible.
