| Abstract: | The thesis gave an overall introduction of domestic and foreign testing institutes on rural renewable energy products and equipments and made detailed comparisons in terms of their nature, position, financial source, testing scope, testing contents, soft and hardware infrastructure, personnel quality and staff awareness. Based on the conclusions drawn from the comparison, a set of suggestions were put forward to promote the development of China's rural renewable energy testing institutes. |
