摘    要:[目的]通过盆栽试验,研究不同浓度盐胁迫对冬、春栽植香根草的影响,为香根草在不同季节盐碱地栽植推广提供参考。[方法]用8个不同浓度NaCl盐溶液在冬春两季进行香根草胁迫试验,观察其分蘖数、植株高度和生物量,并进行统计分析。[结果]在低浓度盐胁迫下(3%以下),盐可以促进香根草的生长;在盐浓度大于5%时,冬植香根草死亡,而春植香根草盐浓度到8%时仍可以生长。[结论]春植香根草与冬植香根草相比具有较强的抗盐性,更适于在盐碱地生长。

Effects of Salt Stress on Vetiver Grass(Vetiveria zizanioides) Growth in Spring and Winter Planting
Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different salt concentration stressed on growth in spring and winter planting vetiver grass(Vetiveria zizanioides) by pot experiment,provid references for planting Vetiveria zizanioides in different season on saline-alkali area.[Method] Vetiveria zizanioides was stressed with 8 kinds salt concentration in spring and winter.The number of tiller,height and biomass were observed,and then were analyzed by Excell.[Result] In the low salt concentration(<3%),salt might promote the growth of Vetiveria zizanioides.Vetiveria zizanioides planted in winter was died when salt concentration was above 5%,and Vetiveria zizanioides planted in spring was still green when salt concentration was 8%.[Conclusion] Vetiveria zizanioides planted in spring is more salt resistance than Vetiveria zizanioides planted in winter,spring planting is more suitable to the development of Vetiveria zizanioides in the saline-alkali erea.
