抗黑斑病月季资源的田间筛选

摘    要:对保存的来自国内外不同地区、不同类型的206份月季资源进行了田间筛选调查,根据其病叶率进行了病级划分,并按照病情指数将月季黑斑病抗性分为高抗、中抗、低抗、感病、高感5个等级。供试品种对月季黑斑病表现差异较大,无高抗品种,中抗品种1份,占供试品种的0.49%;低抗品种15份,占供试品种的7.28%;感病品种87份,占供试品种的42.23%;高感品种103份,占供试品种的50.00%。并且对16份抗性资源进行了主要观赏性状的田间调查,以期为今后月季抗黑斑病品种的引进、园林应用和品种选育提供基础参考。

Abstract:206 Chinese rose resources from different regions at home and abroad were screened and investigated in field,and was classified according to the rate of diseased leaves, and the resistance to black spot were categorized into 5 grades according to the disease index,i.e. high resistance, medium resistance, low resistance ,susceptibility and high susceptibility.The test varieties showed great differences in the resistance to rose black spot disease.The results showed that there was no high resistance variety, but there was 1 medium resistance variety, accounting for 0.49% of the tested varieties,15 varieties with low resistance, accounting for 7.28% of the tested varieties,87 susceptible varieties, accounting for 42.23% of the tested varieties,103 high susceptible varieties, accounting for 50% of the tested varieties. At the same time, the main ornamental traits of 16 resistant cultivars were conducted for providing basic reference for garden application and breeding of rose resistant to black spot disease.
