豹纹木蠹蛾取食后的核桃枝条及树叶挥发物变化分析

摘    要:为研究豹纹木蠹蛾取食诱导核桃枝条和树叶释放的挥发性化合物的变化,利用动态顶空吸附法收集健康和豹纹木蠹蛾取食过的核桃枝条和树叶释放的挥发性物质,通过GC-MS检测其成分和含量。结果表明:健康核桃枝条中检出6类13种挥发性化合物,豹纹木蠹蛾取食危害的核桃枝条检出6类30种挥发性化合物;健康核桃树叶中检出7类25种挥发性化合物,豹纹木蠹蛾危害的核桃树叶检出7类29种挥发性化合物。豹纹木蠹蛾取食危害后诱导寄主植物萜烯类化合物含量变化最大,受害枝条比健康枝条高了27.54%,受害树叶比健康树叶高了20.21%。

Abstract:In order to study the volatiles changes of walnut branches and leaves fed by Zeuzera coffene. The volatiles were collected with the dynamic headspace adsorption method, and analyzed with GC-MS. The results showed that 13 volatile compounds in 6 groups were detected in the healthy walnut branches, while 30 volatile compounds in 6 groups were detected in damaged walnut branches. Twenty five volatile compounds in 7 groups were found in the healthy walnut leaves, 29 volatile compounds in 7 groups were found in damaged walnut leaves. The increases of terpene were the highest among the volatiles in damaged walnut branches and leaves compared to those of healthy ones. The content of terpene of damaged branches was higher by 27.54% than that of the healthy branches, and higher by 20.21% than that of the healthy leaves.
