普洱茶包材秆箨主要解剖特征研究

摘    要:采用石蜡切片,结合显微图像分析技术,对普洱茶包材秆箨的主要形态解剖结构进行研究。结果表明:秆箨上表皮细胞、下表皮细胞、基本组织薄壁细胞、维管束的平均长度与宽度分别为15.61、12.25 μm,88.80、13.11 μm,53.30、28.18 μm,235.75、167.18 μm。秆箨纤维平均长度为1.34 mm,平均宽度为12.32 μm,长宽比为110.03;纤维细胞壁平均厚度为8.42 μm,平均腔径为3.91 μm,壁腔比为2.35。

Abstract:The main anatomical characteristics of bamboo culm sheath as packaging materials for Pu-erh tea were investigated using paraffin section and microscopic image analysis technique. The results showed that average length and width of upper epidermis structure, lower epidermise structure, parenchymal cell of fundamental tissue and vascular bundle were 15.61 μm, 12.25 μm; 88.80 μm, 13.11 μm; 53.30 μm, 28.18 μm; 235.75 μm, 167.18 μm, respectively. The average length and width of bamboo culm sheath fiber were 1.34 mm and 12.32 μm, length-width ratio was 110.03. The average thickness, lumen diameter and cell wall-lumen ratio were 8.42 μm, 3.91 μm and 2.35.
