果树水分胁迫反应研究进展

摘    要:综述近十多年果树对水分胁迫反应的研究进展。对果树在水分胁迫下叶片、根系的形态和显微结构的变化以及光合作用、糖代谢、脂氧合酶代谢、内肽酶、内源激素等生理生化指标的反应作了全面的阐述。在此基础上,提出了今后果树研究的重点是结合最新的分子生物学手段,进一步深化果树对水分胁迫的生理响应和抗旱适应性的分子机理研究,揭示水分胁迫对果树的光合作用、激素响应与信息传递等有关重要生理过程的影响,为果树抗旱基因型的鉴定、选择及抗旱品种选育和抗旱砧木的选用提供科学依据。

Abstract:The progress of recent research in response to fruit trees under water stress is reviewed.The morphological reactions and microstructure changes in leaves and roots of fruit trees under water stress are described. Some physiological and biochemical indexes of fruit trees, such as photosynthesis, metabolism of carbohydrates, metabolism of lipoxygenase, changes of endogenous phytohormones, endopeptidase are summarized in this paper. From these, this paper advanced the emphasisist of further study drought-resistance of fruit trees with the latest molecular biology soas and uncover the important physiological response to fruit trees under water stress such as photosynthesis, respond to different phytohormone and signal transduction to identify the drought-resist genotype choose and cultivate a strong drought-resist species correctly by water mechanism under aridenviron ment.
