| 摘 要： | 针对传统空间管治区划方法存在的问题,提出以土地建设适宜性评价作为县域空间管治分析的基本方法。以河南省郏县为例,以独立用地属性的地块为区划基本单元,以各地块单元在用地类型、生态保护、地形、基本农田保护、文物保护、地质条件、水源保护、基础设施控制要求、矿产资源开采等多方面的属性为依据,并以生产函数形式对各影响因素的评分进行综合评价,确定各空间单元的评分值,进而分级确定适宜建设区、限制建设区、禁止建设区3类空间管治分区。
