云南地区维管植物标本的空间分布格局及其保护生物学意义

摘    要:以中国数字植物标本馆数据库为源数据,探讨了云南地区维管植物标本密度的空间分布格局及其保护生物学意义。结果表明,标本密度在各研究单元的分布表现出明显的非均质性。标本密度较高的区域主要包括昆明周边地区、滇西北地区和南部的西双版纳和文山地区。随着标本密度的增加,由植物标本所代表的物种密度呈明显的线性递增趋势,意味着标本的采集强度的增加,可能有利于发现更多的植物类群。过去有关云南地区植物多样性的研究可能更多地集中在地形复杂、生境多样,尤其是著名山体所在的区域以及南部植被相对原始、热带区系性质明显的区域。对标本采集的空白地区或边缘化地区进行标本采集,更有可能发现新的植物类群。标本采集强度的地理格局可能是影响植物多样性格局认知的重要因素。

Spatial Distribution Pattern of Specimen of Vascular Plants in Yunnan Province and Its Significance for Conservation Biology

Abstract:With the Chinese Virtual Herbarium as the data source,the spatial distribution pattern of the specimen density of vascular plants in Yunnan Province and its significance for conservation biology were discussed.The results indicated that,the specimen density was unevenly distributed in each study unit.The high-density specimen were mainly distributed in the surrounding areas of Kunming,southwest Yunnan province,Xishuangbanna and Wenshan in southern Yunnan.As the specimen density increased,the density of the species represented by the specimen presented a linear increasing trend,which means that the intensified collection of specimen would probably help to find more plant taxa.The past studies on the plant diversity in Yunnan province mainly concentrated in the areas with complicated topography and diversified eco-environment,especially in the areas with famous mountains and southern Yunnan where with relatively primeval vegetation and obvious tropical features.To collect specimen in those none or seldom-sampled areas would probably exposed us to new plant taxa.The geographical pattern of the specimen collection might be an important factor affecting our understanding of plant diversity.
