摘    要:目的]研究蛇足石杉的芽胞特性及芽胞繁育技术。方法]用植物解剖学方法对芽胞的结构进行了观察和描述,在充分了解蛇足石杉芽胞特性的基础上,建立了芽胞繁育体系。结果]蛇足石杉芽胞有5胞片和1幼芽构成,极易萌发成新植株。结论]以芽胞为繁殖材料进行规范种植是切实可行的,同时对缓解其资源压力有重要意义。

The Gemma Characteristics and Spore Breeding Technology of Huperzia serrata

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the gemma characteristics and spore breeding technology of Huperzia serrata.Method]The structures of gemma were observed and described by anatomy method and the breeding technology system was set up on the bases of understanding the gemma characteristics of Huperzia serrata.Result]The results showed that the gemma of Huperzia serrata was consisted of five gemma leaves and one plumule and easily emerged into a new plant.Conclusion]It was feasible to regulate plant on large scale take the the gemma as reproductive material and very important to remit the requirement of raw resources of Huperzia serrata.
