摘    要:《食品化学》课程是食品学科的专业基础课,其理论性和应用性很强。从激发学生兴趣、加强与学生沟通、丰富教学内容、增加双语教学等方面进行了《食品化学》教学方法改革探索。

Abstract:Food chemistry is the important course in food subject with its theoretical and practical. The paper presents the author's experiences on the food chemistry teaching in recent years, such as stimulating interest, enhancing communication with students, enriching the teaching contents, increasing bilingual teaching, etc.
