| 摘 要： | 在中国快速发展社会主义新农村的今天,同时面临着能源紧缺、气候变化和环境污染三大严峻问题。在完成党中央、国务院"二十字方针",建立"新房舍、新设施、新环境、新农民、新风尚"的新农村的同时,不能忘记加强新农村"新能源"的发展。分析了当前清洁能源在农村开发利用的现状,提出今后中国新农村清洁能源的发展方向。
